Terms and Conditions (T&C)
for Energy and Spiritual Healing by Julian van Höfen / Maitreya Healing

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Julian van Höfen / Maitreya Healing, in particular to paid remote energy treatments conducted on the subtle (astral) body level.

2. Nature of Services

I work exclusively on a spiritual and subtle level. Healing, if it occurs, is not performed by me personally but by God working through me. I act as a channel for Divine Healing Energy. The aim of my work is the holistic energetic harmonization of the person on a spiritual, mental, and physical level, restoring the Divine original state of the client.

2a. Service Description / Treatment Method

The remote energy treatment is conducted over a period of six (6) months and is based on energetic work on the subtle astral body of the client. The treatment is performed exclusively remotely and includes, among other things, the following energetic-spiritual processes:

Blessing with light, love, fortune and health during the treatment period
Daily transmission of Divine healing and love energy to restore the Divine original state
Removal of energetic foreign structures / possessions (all kinds of dark energies, earth-bound souls, location-bound souls, poltergeists, greys, spider beings, serpent beings, reptiloids, insectoid beings, demonic entities, black magic entities, voodoo entities, negative thought-forms, elementals, larvae, tulpas, egregores, servitors, shadow beings, incubi, succubi, and other lower entities)
Neutralization of black magic manipulations, curses, hexes, spells, and energetic entanglements
Cleansing and harmonization of the seven main chakras
Directives for the elimination and/or neutralization of neurotoxins, nanotechnologies, implants, spike proteins, heavy metals, microplastics, parasites, and other pathogenic agents
Energetic work on the emotional and mental bodies
Deep processing of early childhood conditioning, traumas, inner child, and shadow aspects
Energetic healing of painful experiences from past partnerships and other interpersonal relationships
Spiritual consciousness elevation and transformation on the soul level
Energetic cleansing of all living and residential spaces
Animals living in the household are treated free of charge
If requested, I can guide deceased individuals into the light (subject to individual agreement)

These processes occur exclusively on the subtle level. The treatment is non-interactive and does not include personal guidance or feedback during the six (6) months.

3. Selection and Booking of Treatment

Interested parties can apply for a treatment via my website or by email. The decision as to whether and when a remote energy treatment is conducted is at my sole discretion. There is no entitlement to a treatment. Upon acceptance of a treatment, booking is confirmed by payment of the treatment fee. By booking, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions and commissions the remote treatment.

4. Remote Energy Treatment

The treatment is conducted exclusively remotely over a period of six (6) months. The treatment fee is €490, payable in advance to my business account. No personal guidance, communication, or feedback is provided during the treatment period. At the end of the six (6) months, the client receives a simple confirmation of completion.

If the client requests that additional individuals (e.g., family members, children, or partners) be included in the treatment, they must be explicitly named at the time of booking. An additional fee of €290 per person applies for the full treatment period. Subsequent expansion of the treatment is not possible.

5. Follow-up Treatment

A subsequent treatment (follow-up) can be commissioned after completion of the current treatment. Each request will be reviewed individually; there is no entitlement to a follow-up treatment. A follow-up treatment lasts twelve (12) months and is conducted on the subtle level according to the energetic processes described in Section 2a. The price for a follow-up treatment remains the same as for the regular treatment.

6. Payment Terms and Refunds

The treatment fee must be paid in advance. No refund is provided if the service has been rendered as agreed or has already begun. Refunds — either partial or full — are explicitly excluded in cases of:

Cancellation by the client
Non-use of the service
Termination of the treatment
Subjectively perceived lack of effect

6a. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal

The client expressly agrees that I begin energetic work immediately after contract conclusion. Spiritual preparation (e.g., removal of initial energetic foreign structures) takes place prior to the treatment start. Since the service is thus already rendered or begun before the statutory withdrawal period expires, the statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to § 356 (5) German Civil Code (BGB) is waived.

7. No Guarantee of Healing / Not a Substitute for Medical Treatment

My work does not constitute medical practice under the law. No diagnoses are made, and no guarantees of healing are given. Spiritual work does not replace medical, naturopathic, or psychotherapeutic treatment. Clients are expressly advised to consult medical professionals in case of health complaints.

8. Personal Responsibility

Participation in my work is voluntary and at the client’s own responsibility. All decisions regarding lifestyle, treatment, or therapy are the sole responsibility of the client.

8a. Disclaimer for Healing Crises and Side Effects

The client is aware that so-called healing crises may occur during remote energy treatments. These are natural detoxification and cleansing processes on the physical, emotional, and mental levels, which may be experienced as unpleasant or stressful. The client assumes full responsibility for the occurrence of and handling of such healing crises. I assume no liability for physical, emotional, or psychological reactions that may occur in connection with the treatment. The decision to seek medical or therapeutic advice for persistent or severe symptoms lies solely with the client.

9. Confidentiality and Data Protection

All personal information and data are treated confidentially. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Details can be found in the privacy policy on my website.

10. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. German law applies.
